We All Gotta Eat!, a multi-unit, multi-concept restaurant group, with locations in NYC, Miami and soon in LA, is seeking a Sales and Partnership Manager. Our dynamic group includes Michelin Star locations Sushi Noz and Noz 17 Omakase restaurants. We are opening Chez Fifi, a French bistro with Basque influence next month on the Upper East Side. Our Miami restaurants include Eleventh Street Pizza locations and Fooq's, a 200 seat indoor-outdoor restaurant and lounge.

SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

We All Gotta Eat!, a multi-unit, multi-concept restaurant group is are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Manager to represent our brands and develop our catering and event sales, marketing events and partnership promotions and to develop programs to build on and off-premise sales channels.

We All Gotta Eat! group includes Michelin star restaurants Sushi Noz & Noz 17 and Noz Market.  Chez Fifi, a French bistro with Basque influence, opening next month on the UES.  Miami locations include Eleventh Street Pizza  and soon to open Fooq's, a 200 seat indoor / outdoor restaurant with a Mediterranean inspired menu opening in January in Little River.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as brand ambassador with existing and prospective clients and with industry and Company colleagues.
  • Develop strategic marketing and sales plans that support existing and establish new business channels.
  • Develop social media strategy and content that will enhance and promote our brands.
  • Establish relationships with influencers to build brands.
  • Proactively identify and develop on and off-premise business and social catering sales.
  • Develop and sell office delivery programs.
  • Market seasonal promotions and holiday gift card sales, limited time offers, collaborations and special event sales.
  • Identify and develop partnerships and sponsorships to support special events.
  • Establish SOP’s for on and off-premise social and business events.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients through the planning process.
  • Create detailed function sheets for ops teams that list event details and requirements.
  • Routinely update all sales and marketing materials as needed.
  • Create and mine databases to determine sales leads.
  • Establish relationships with all clients to build repeat and referral business.
  • Assess results on-going to identify successes and determine areas of focus.
  • Remain positive and respectful in all interactions, at all times.

Qualifications

Exceptional communication, sales and marketing skills.

Excellent computer skills.

Ability to sell profitable events that meet or exceed budgeted goals.

Compensation includes:
Base salary + incentive
