Civil Engineering Internship - Summer 2025

As a Civil Design Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to join our 11-week internship program and work alongside experienced professionals on a wide range of projects. You will contribute to the design and development of infrastructure projects, learn industry-standard software and tools, and gain exposure to various aspects of civil engineering/land development.
Pay: $25/hr

Civil Design Engineer Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in Design : Collaborate with Design Engineers, Project Engineers, and Senior Project Managers to learn and assist in the design and calculations of site development projects
• Software : Learn and utilize Civil 3D software to create detailed engineering drawings
• Site Visits : Participate in site visits and field assessments to gather data, assess project progress, and ensure compliance with design specifications
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, surveyors, and planners, to ensure project success
• Learning and Development : Actively seek opportunities for learning and skill development in civil engineering practices, software applications, and industry standards

Civil Design Engineer Job Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as a junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and design concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
