We are a quickly growing computer repair and sales center located in the heart of San Francisco. We have an immediate opening for an entry level, full time Customer Relationship Management position. This job is VERY dynamic and requires a great amount of professionalism and attention to detail. It will require you to be on your toes 100% of the time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The main duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering and returning phone calls, voicemails, and emails
- Receiving customers for repairs and sales
- Craigslist, E Bay, and Amazon posting and management
- Creating ads for POP and promotions
- Sales and repair lead follow up
- Database/ POS system updating
- In person, phone, and email customer service
- Front of house organization
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Systemization of maintenance responsibility delegation
- Maintaining a professional image and attitude
- Receiving and preparing shipments
- Accessory inventory management, restocking, pricing, and labeling
- Managing RMA for malfunctioning items
- Restocking of office supplies
- General errands and other tasks
- Experience and strong interest in Apple Macintosh hardware and software
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency of Apple Macintosh software and software configuration
- Proficiency of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 software, and Windows 8 configuration
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of E Bay, Craigslist, PayPal, and Amazon
- CA state issued drivers license required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to lift 40 LBS
- Must be willing to work overtime to finish a job
- Passionate about helping people
- Passionate about technology, computers and learning new systems
- Drug and Alcohol Free (Must be able to pass a drug test and background check)
