Spring Valley Health & Rehab is looking for a Cook to provide loving and quality care and service to our residents living in our independent, assisted and memory care community. The Cook position is responsible for preparation of food on a large scale basis according to specific policies, procedures, menus and standardized recipes. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, cleaning, cooking, delivering food, ensuring regulatory requirements are met in regards to culinary standards, and ensure sanitary conditions in the kitchen all dining areas. This position is an integral role that is the heartbeat of this community.
