Accel Entertainment is the largest Gaming Terminal Operator in the country. We provide slot machines, redemption terminals, and amusement devices (pool tables, juke boxes, dart boards, etc.) to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops, and fraternal and veteran establishments across the country. Our focus is providing unmatched customer support, guidance, and compliance expertise so our partner establishments can grow their businesses and generate more revenue.

- The program will include an 15-month rotational program with assignments and training in various functions including: Relationship Management, Sales, Operations (including call center, count room, collections, field, service)
- Develop a comprehensive understanding and gain insight into the critical functional areas within the company
- Learn and train across all functional areas of the company by rotating through various key departments
- Strengthen strategic decision-making skills and enhance strategic thinking
- Shape organizational culture and structures that create value
- Network and establish long-term relationships with key executives
- Learn strategic tools and techniques to manage future growth
- Position yourself to take on more strategic, general management roles
- Gain greater self-awareness and understanding of how you work with others
- Upon the successful completion of the 15-month program, you will transition into a management role within Accel

WHAT MAKES YOU QUALIFIED?
- 2024 MBA graduate
- Salary range between $120,000 - $130,000
- Solid operational experience with the desire to join an organization that will provide a platform for personal growth and a path to one day run a business
- Proven track record of success in improving organizational processes
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate grit in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
- The leadership and presence to ultimately be a member of the senior leadership team
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate in the weeds and strategically--balance the details with the big picture
