**Job Description:**
- Work in a combined ICU setting including Medical, Surgical, and Cardiovascular units.
- Manage patients with various critical conditions such as CABG, AVR, CVA, PE, GIB, ARDS, and DKA.
- Utilize advanced cardiac support devices like Impella and IABP.
- Implement hypothermia protocols as needed.
- Provide care with a staffing ratio of 1:2 to 1:3.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
