As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host plays a vital role in setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. We're seeking a warm, elegant and personable individual to welcome guests into our elevated establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warm Welcome: Greet each guest with a genuine smile and warm hospitality, making them feel instantly welcome.
- Reservation Management: Expertly manage reservations, utilizing our booking system efficiently.
- Seating Coordination: Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a smooth transition and explaining any unique aspects of the dining room layout.
- Guest Inquiry Handling: Answer questions about the menu, wine list, or any other aspects of the dining experience with confidence and knowledge.
- Waitlist Management: Graciously manage the waitlist during busy periods, providing accurate wait time estimates and keeping guests informed.
- Ambiance Enhancement: Contribute to a welcoming and refined atmosphere by maintaining a clean and organized host stand.
- Communication Liaison: Maintain clear communication with the service team to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
- Special Requests: Accommodate special requests whenever possible, such as seating preferences or dietary restrictions.
