**Job Description:**
- Work within a medical-surgical/oncology floor with a team of 27 staff members, managing a unit with 33 beds.
- Collaborate with a team comprised of 5 RNs and 1 clinical coordinator/charge nurse who does not have patient responsibilities during the day shift.
- Support during the day shift includes 2-3 technicians and 1 unit secretary.
- Engage in bedside shift reports, hourly rounding with tech assistance, and participate in shift huddles.
- Maintain patient ratios of 5-6:1 to ensure quality patient care.
- Utilize equipment such as Baxter IV pumps and EMR Meditech (EBCD version).
- Preferred candidates will have oncology and chemotherapy experience.
- Demonstrate positive energy and a teamwork-oriented attitude, contributing to a unit recognized for improved patient experience scores and excellent care.
- Adhere to the dress code of navy blue or white scrubs.
