Our client, a boutique litigation firm, is looking for a temporary Commercial Litigation Attorney admitted in New York with 2-4 years of experience. This Mid-level position can be remote. Firm would also be happy to have someone come into the office a few days per week.
- Pay: $75 - $100/per hour, depending on experience
- Hours: Approximately 30/week to start with flexibility to do more as needed
Responsibilities:
- Draft motions, write memoranda
- Assist with business/ real estate disputes
- Review documents
- Draft motion papers
- Should be confident and comfortable handling things on your own
Qualifications:
- 4+ years commercial litigation experience; Employment discrimination litigation experience would be a big plus,
- NY Bar admission
- Excellent research and writing skills with writing sample available if needed
