Job Requirements / Description

Our client, a boutique litigation firm, is looking for a temporary Commercial Litigation Attorney admitted in New York with 2-4 years of experience. This Mid-level position can be remote. Firm would also be happy to have someone come into the office a few days per week.


  • Pay: $75 - $100/per hour, depending on experience
  • Hours: Approximately 30/week to start with flexibility to do more as needed


Responsibilities:


  • Draft motions, write memoranda
  • Assist with business/ real estate disputes
  • Review documents
  • Draft motion papers
  • Should be confident and comfortable handling things on your own


Qualifications:


  • 4+ years commercial litigation experience; Employment discrimination litigation experience would be a big plus,
  • NY Bar admission
  • Excellent research and writing skills with writing sample available if needed
