Intermediate Designer

LOC is an award-winning, process-driven, and socially responsive architecture practice committed to the creation of transformative experiences through the built environment.

LOC is actively seeking young architects (3-5 years experience) with experience across all phases of design, including construction documents, to assist us with a variety of projects: educational, workplace, residential, performing arts, etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with various architectural projects across different sectors.
2. Prepare construction documents.
3. Collaborate with the design team to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of architectural experience.
2. Strong design skills are a must.
3. Revit proficiency is a plus.
