We’re continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator tools with the best team in the creator economy, and are looking for a Staff Product Manager for our Community Experiences team to support our mission.

This role is based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.

About the Role

  • Set and deliver vision and roadmap for community experiences on Patreon

  • Own the roadmap for how creators and fans interact and form connections across Patreon, collaborating closely with other product teams and influencing how Patreon defines fan-to-fan and fan-to-creator connections across the board

  • Inspire, motivate, and collaborate with world-class designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams

About You

  • A successful track record of launching consumer products that are valuable and beneficial to users

  • Scrappy, determined, and thoughtful – you find ways to do right by users and make things happen

  • A commitment to craft & product excellence, and a good eye for design & UX

  • Ability to inspire & rally a team around a clear vision, strategy & roadmap

  • An understanding of qualitative and quantitative research & analytical methods and when to apply them to identify & appropriately prioritize a product roadmap

  • The ability to gather input & communicate with a large number of internal and external stakeholders
