Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Safety Representative at Truitt Corporation in Bakersfield, CA. The Field Safety Representative will be responsible for conducting safety inspections, providing safety training, and ensuring compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Inspection, and Communication
• Training skills in safety protocols and procedures
• Knowledge of safety standards & code of federal regulations is beneficial
• The ability to correct out of compliance isssues on site immediately, this is an expectation at Truitt Corporation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and independently
• Relevant certification in safety management is a plus
• A degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field is a plus but not required
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role is required
