KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Learning & Development Strategic Programs to join our Learning and Development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage priority Learning and Development transformation programs and initiatives (for example, Skills, AI, L&D Strategy), including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Collaborate and align with other Talent and Culture process areas such as Talent Acquisition, Performance Development, and Learning & Development to maximize value and reduce redundancy of parallel initiatives.
  • Build alignment on vision through clear communication and direction on identified talent and culture or business challenges, in-scope activities, and best practice approaches for solutioning; consult with internal clients (business) to model future states, develop and create innovation strategies in support transformation efforts.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management, promoting the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization (T&C, Advisory, Tax, Audit, and more) to ensure effective buy-in; facilitate meetings of stakeholders to develop and socialize novel ideas and solutions while creating buy-in.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in Learning and Development project or program management, preferably in large-scale transformation initiatives related to skills and learning.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related field, preferably advanced degree; Agile or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Significant experience across talent management (including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Learning and Development) in a professional services environment that includes a diverse workforce.
  • Understand leading trends in technology as it relates to the talent ecosystem (for example, Skills, Learning technologies), and strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies, particularly in the context of skills-centric approaches and learning strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget, as well as has excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, and a successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a mastery skill level in the following areas: stakeholder management, strategic thinking, communication, solution design, change management, and adaptability.
