PAY RANGE FOR RESTAURANT SERVICE POSITIONS:

Bussers = $16.28/hour + Estimated Tips ($45 - $78/shift)

Cashiers = $16.28/hour + Estimated Tips ($45 - $78/shift)

Greeters / Hosts / Hostesses = $16.28/hour + Estimated Tips ($45 - $78/shift)

Food Runners / Expo = $16.28/hour + Estimated Tips ($45 - $78/shift)

Servers = $16.28/hour + Estimated Tips ($135- $240/shift)

**The starting pay rate for all Front of House employees at Northwest Din Tai Fung Partners is the local minimum + Tips.

**All "Restaurant Service Positions" candidates, including Server candidates, will be hired with the "Front of House Support Staff" job title and will be responsible for all duties related to the Busser, Cashier, Greeter, Food Runner/Expo, and Setter support positions. All "Front of House Support Staff" will be promoted based on performance.
