IOP Group Facilitator

Mount Carmel Guild Behavioral Health System, a CARF accredited division of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, is a leading provider of mental health and addiction services in Northern New Jersey.

We are currently seeking a Per Diem IOP Group Facilitator for our Mount Carmel Guild Substance Use program in Cranford, NJ.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. To facilitate mental health and substance abuse treatment groups and to properly document progress notes on all groups in electronic health record.
2. Implement evidenced-based modalities to assist clients in their recovery.
3. Facilitate psychoeducational groups and prepare group topics for the evening IOP program.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Masters degree.
2. CPR Certification.
3. Valid NJ LAC, LSW, LPC or LCSW license.
4. Valid NJ LCADC license.
5. 2 years of substance use experience.

Knowledge of 12 Steps, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of ASAM and NJSAMS. This is an in-person position.
