Key Responsibilities:
- Material Flow: Monitor and expedite the movement of materials through the supply chain to meet production and delivery schedules of the projects.
- Communication: Collaborate with the vendors as well as PAC various teams including but not limited to the service teams, production, engineering, purchasing, and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of machines and services.
- Order Tracking: Track orders and shipments actively, providing regular updates on status and anticipated delivery times.
- Issue Resolution: Address any issues or discrepancies proactively that may cause delays in the sales, production, and delivery process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and communications related to sales and expediting process.
- Prioritization: Identify and prioritize orders based on urgency and production requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications may be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and material flow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Max 3 years of Manufacturing or Supply Chain work experiences, or related educations background
- Computer skills including MS Office, MS Word and Excel are must.
