Property Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Property Manager to join our team at Public Storage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple locations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess customer storage needs and provide solutions
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when necessary

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Ability to work independently at multiple locations and spend time both inside and outside
