Senior Machinist Technician

Position Role Type: Onsite

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Machinist Technician to join our Engineering Prototyping & Fabrication Department. This role involves providing prototype machining in a developmental environment, solving medium to complex machining and assembly problems, and collaborating across multiple disciplines to address challenges and provide solutions to our customers.

Qualifications You Must Have

• AA/AS degree or 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
• Experience interpreting mechanical blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with manual machining equipment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in mechanical machine shop environment using CNC equipment
• Experience with CNC programming, setup, and operation
• Knowledge of CAM Software such as Mastercam
• Competent computer skills in Windows and MS Office products
