Business Systems Analyst SAP ERP

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (SAP ERP) at San Francisco, CA for a contract role.

Job Details:

Required Skills:

Healthcare (Hospital) experience preferred.

Objective:

Resource will provide daily functional/security support in the SAP ECC/S4 environment and Fiori Application implementation.

Onsite: Required 3x a week and as needed.

Typical Deliverables:

1. Resolve end user support requests
2. Create/maintain master data requests
3. Research issues/solutions including performing tests on solutions
4. Assist in analysis & implementation of Fiori Apps for County business processes
5. Provide S/4 implementation support

Typical Tasks:

1. Resolve security requests for access to SAP ERP
2. Respond to stakeholders to understand and document business requirements to solve issues
3. Understand County business requirements and write specifications
4. Create/maintain Master Data Requests
5. Troubleshoot problems, identify causes, analyze and resolve system issues
6. Develop, configure, and test possible solutions
7. Load files from various sources for COVID Dashboard reporting, Ariba Spend Visibility, P-Card processing, and journal entries
8. Create, perform, execute, document unit and integration testing
9. Research and implement Fiori App for County business processes
10. Research and document issues/solutions including performing tests for resolution, including communicating with SAP vendor on solutions
11. Perform other related support duties as required

Desired Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
2. Three (3) years of experience providing technical, analytical, configuration, integration support in S/4 Hana functional areas (MM, FICO, Fixed Asset)
3. Implementation and support of Fiori security and applications
4. Knowledge of accounting principles
