AIML -Software Development Engineer, Machine Learning Platform and Infrastructure

Apple's AIML Information Intelligence team is seeking an upbeat and meticulous Software Engineer in Test who will play a central role in the test and delivery of extensive search-based Internet services. We are looking for people with the experience and desire to design and build better and more efficient ways to ship code at Apple’s extremely high standard of quality.
Description
Day to Day tasks will include:
- Write and maintain code and frameworks to verify the correctness of software and data.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to create an enterprise-grade application platform that powers the search experiences.
- Design and build a developer platform that offers great developer experiences to the internal teams, encompassing tools and services for Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), quality assurance testing, performance evaluation, insights, and more.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong coding skills and background in computer science: algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with AWS Services such as Amazon S3, EC2, EKS / Kubernetes.
- 1+ years professional software development or tools experience.
- Strong sense of ownership, vitality, and drive.
- Excellent interpersonal skills able to work independently as well as in a team.
- BS/MS in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/related fields or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to deal well with ambiguous problems, and proceed with good judgment.
- Fluent/Proficient in other languages like Japanese, Korean, French, German.
