As an Assistant Manager with the Delta Sky Club team, you will be responsible for the overall management of food service operations, by following all corporate and brand standards. You will maximize profitability and ensure guest & associate satisfaction.

You assist with leading an engaged, motivated, and guest-centric team, ensuring the Delta traveler's experience is "wow-worthy" every day.

  • Salary - $60,000-$65,000 *based on skill, experience, and work history
  • The lounge is open from 4:30 AM -10:30 PM - 365 days a year
  • Please note - must be available for rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends)
  • Based on a 50-hour work week - Open availability is required
  • Experience in Fine Dining and/or VIP Clubs is HIGHLY DESIRABLE


This is an on-site role in the CLT airport (parking provided)


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists with managing food service operations by following the approved budget while providing the client with the maximum value for the dollars spent.
  • Ensures the food offered meets Delta and Compass standards, at all time
  • Assists with purchasing and inventory.
  • Maintains excellent relationships with associates, guests, clients, and other departments.
  • Motivates, trains, and inspires a proactive and positive team


Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of food service management experience.
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food.
  • Financial experience and business acumen skills.
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
  • Associate’s degree is preferred.
