Description
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Manage project documentation and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Address project challenges and provide solutions
- Negotiate contracts and manage change orders
Profile
- Construction Management or Civil Engineering Degree
- 3-8+ years of construction experience
- Food/bev, pharma, and manufacturing project experience
- Go-getter personality
- Hard worker looking to make a step up in their career

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
