We are looking for a Permitting & Regulatory Compliance Specialist II to join our growing team in Kent, WA.

Pay : DOE: $35-$40/hour

*This is a full-time, in-office position*

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand fuel design and fuel facility operations
  • Administer Programs assigned by Manager
  • Delegate tasks to Permitting & Compliance Specialist I and Administrative Assistant
  • Review agency comments and provide in-depth equipment process descriptions and responses
  • Effectively communicate with clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives
  • Analyze project progress and adapt scope or timeline as necessary
  • Report project risks and outcomes to management
  • Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources
  • Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including agency contacts, clients, and vendors
  • Investigate potential violations through audits
  • Recommend strategies for improving environmental compliance
  • Conduct regulatory analysis on environmental regulations
  • Analyze statistics and prepare program administration directives
  • Attend meetings held by regulators and provide feedback to clients and team

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction, permitting, or regulatory compliance
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to quality
