Overview:
Join our team at MOD ON TREND, a Midwest-based boutique that curates the latest fashion trends from top women's clothing brands. We pride ourselves on offering a diverse selection of stylish tops, bottoms, dresses, and more to cater to various fashion preferences and occasions. Established in 2013 by owners Marta & Tania, MOD ON TREND has grown to encompass six brick-and-mortar stores across Missouri and Illinois. Our fashion-forward stylists are dedicated to providing a personalized shopping experience to help customers find their perfect look.
Responsibilities:
- Aide the Assistant Manager with talent development activities (e.g., onboarding and training new associates, providing ongoing training education through review of policies and procedures, and role playing applicable selling scenarios).
- Complete daily opening and closing store procedures.
- Direct merchandising activities (e.g., planning and leading store flips, creating new displays, and educating associates on company merchandising standards).
- Engage in everyday sales behavior with MOD clientele as well as completing everyday tasks.
Requirements:
- 35-40 hours of work per week for full-time candidates; 20-25 hours of work per week for part-time candidates (daytime availability is a must).
- 2 scheduled working Saturdays each month.
- 1+ year of retail sales experience preferred.
