Description
Reliable Aftermarket Parts is a worldwide leading supplier and distributor of aftermarket agricultural and construction parts. Our goal is to provide our customers with quality aftermarket parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications at competitive prices with top notch American based customer service, the best parts availability, and expansive global shipping option. We offer parts for all the top name brands as well as the harder to find equipment. While we started in agriculture parts, we have expanded into industrial, construction, and lawn and garden markets with plans to continue to develop and provide more options in other outdoor products and their accessories. Our tireless mission is creating winning solutions for aftermarket products via the internet.
This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, elective insurances, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution. This is not a manager position in which you will be over an entire team. The team you will be joining are all considered platform managers as their title.
Job Description
• Edit/create ads for our eCommerce platforms
• Updating ads and item records for accuracy
• Analyzing and optimizing ads to improve effectiveness
• Utilize the company database to document information
• Researching SKU's for similarity, description, product specifics.
• Working with large amounts of data in Excel and NetSuite
• Working independently and with a team.
• Checking your work for accuracy and completeness.
• Additional support duties as assigned
Requirements
• Proficient typing and data entry skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• High attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills
• Active listener with effective communication skills
• Critical thinking skills to resolve incidents quickly and consistently
• Awareness of the core processes and the best practices used in service and support
• Minimum one-year previous experience with Data Entry and Spreadsheet work.
• Ability to read and write in English
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Great personality
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Knowledge of Ebay and Amazon selling platforms
Hours
• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Hours may differ)
