TITLE: Clinical Program Director

DIVISION: PREP Program

SALARY: $72,000-$82,000 depending on experience

POSITION SUMMARY:

PREP provides thorough assessment, consultation, education, and treatment of psychosis for young adults aged 16-30. The position oversees an outpatient program which includes individual, milieu, group, family, and outreach treatment. The Director provides clinical supervision and direction, team building, support, and guidance to staff, as well as administrative, clinical, and operational oversight. There is a community outreach and educational component, as well as oversight of research projects associated with first episode psychosis.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conducting assessment, consultation, education, and treatment of psychosis for young adults.
2. Research and community collaboration.
3. Provide clinical supervision.
4. Provide support and guidance to staff.
5. Manage the operational needs of the program.
6. Oversight of research projects.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Clinical Master’s Degree.
2. Massachusetts independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC).
3. Minimum of 3 years working with the population.
4. Minimum of 3 years providing supervision and program management.
5. Vehicle, valid driver's license, and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
6. CPR & First Aid certification.
