Job Description
- Marketing Material Development:
- Create and coordinate marketing materials to enhance market awareness of the organization's capabilities.
- Use InDesign to develop brochures for proposals, qualifications packages, and promotional literature.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and maintain quality integrity.
- Event Coordination:
- Organize internal company events as well as external industry and client gatherings.
- Identify and manage logistics for project milestone events (e.g., groundbreakings, grand openings).
- Oversee the setup and execution of promotional events, ensuring effective branding and engagement.
- Market Research and Content Creation:
- Conduct market research and technical writing to improve existing literature and develop new collateral.
- Collaborate with project managers to gather information and create compelling narratives for marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Digital Presence Management:
- Manage the organization's website, ensuring content is current and relevant.
- Utilize social media platforms to showcase projects, share news, and engage with the community.
- Coordinate a LinkedIn posting schedule and manage content collection from various departments.
- Bid and Proposal Support:
- Assist in preparing bids and proposals for projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Work closely with project management to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Public Relations and Communication:
- Identify media opportunities, manage content collection, and collaborate with third-party PR professionals as needed.
- Communicate marketing initiatives and successes to internal stakeholders.
- Budget Management:
- Assist in the development and management of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator, preferably in a professional services environment (construction, architecture, engineering, or commercial real estate).
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required).
- Experience in web design and both print and electronic marketing.
- Detail-oriented with strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
