What We Need:We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the HR function through administration and/or management of several payroll, HRIS and vendor related processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining employee satisfaction and ensuring the company's adherence to labor laws and financial regulations.What You'll Be Doing:Assist employees and managers with payroll and benefit related questions.Process government and legal related inquiries including garnishments, unemployment claims, and tax inquiries.Oversee and process monthly, quarterly and yearly state and federal reportsManage relationships with outsourced payroll vendor, ADP, ADP SmartCompliance and UKG.Acting as the first point of contact for employees with payroll queriesEnsures compliance with company policies (related to payroll, benefits and time & attendance) relevant industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws.Support employees, managers and Human Resources team members on wage and hour laws, compliance, and internal & external policy changesAssist HR team with various ad hoc projectsWhat You Will Need To Be Successful:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred3-5 years of payroll experienceExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data management\Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyExperience working with ADP and UKG are a plusAbout Us: Who we are:Brady makes products that make the world a safer and more productive place.
