Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 12-18 Months
Location: NYC (Onsite 3 days per week)
Required Pay Scale: $65-70/hr W2

Job Summary:
Mandatory Skills:
·5 – 7 years of Equities Project Management experience and very strong Agile delivery experience.
·5 – 7 years’ experience in project delivery of highly complex programs or projects with robust project governance.
·Excellent stakeholder management, strong interpersonal skills, relationship management skills to gain buy-in, build consensus and resolve conflicts timely.
·Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal) with internal and external partners.
·Ability to manage conflicts across teams.
·Broad understanding of cash equity trade lifecycle (Trading, Middle Office, Settlements, Collateral Management)
·Tools – MS Work, Excel and PowerPoint, Jira, Wiki, and Confluence
·Ability to coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
·Ability to track and analyze projects’ performance, expenditures, procurement, and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, deficits.
·Strong attention to detail with problem solving & organizational skills.
·Ability to manage multiple priorities for concurrent projects effectively.
·Strong decision-making skills with an assertive and proactive communication style
·Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks to meet extremely compressed deadlines.
- ·Ability to analyze and communicate changes to leadership to provide risk assessment and relaying change objectives.
