• Lead a team of 3-5 engineers.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through production.
• Manage 7-10 projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of leadership experience in an engineering role.
• Experience in design and design review.
• Familiarity with modular construction.
• LEAN methodology experience is a plus.
