What You'll Bring

Who You Are:

• Tax Associate with a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need:

• Must have an active PTIN and be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Willing and available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

How You Will Lead

What You Will Do:

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers using state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
