We are seeking a dynamic CNC Programmer to join our team. If you're a hard-working professional, who enjoys both strategic and tactical workflow with a passion for adding value, then this opportunity is ideal for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Program CNC machine from start to finish using drawings, prints and tool lists.
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity with tooling and fixtures.
  • Write programs at the machine for simple to medium complexity parts.
  • Change worn and damaged tools in machines through the production process.
  • Load programs and tools into CNC machines; verifying programs.
  • Troubleshoot problematic set-ups and document changes.
  • Work with Quality Control
  • Perform basic machine maintenance.
  • Train machine operators as needed.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years experience in manufacturing
  • Experience programming 3 – 5 axis CNC machines
  • Prior experience with tooling and fixtures
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify programming errors.
  • Must have Solid Works & MasterCam exp.
