What you will be doing:
Use reports provided to review all loan changes in loan system.
Confirm daily transaction report changes are approved.
Daily review of new and renewed loans posted while ensuring 100% accuracy of loan information.
Evaluates loans for accuracy, compliance and consistent execution of internal processes and regulations to mitigate risk.
Reviews and verifies post data entry of new and renewed loans booked and maintenance for all loan portfolios against daily reports to comply with SOXA Regulations.
Performs follow-up reviews to determine whether appropriate action was taken on reported findings and that desired results are achieved. Collaborate with internal partners and appropriate departments to execute QC activities and ensure completion of unfinished items.
Qualifications:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
Previous loan documentation experience required
Proficient working knowledge of general loan concepts
Ability to maintain accuracy while multi-tasking under critical timelines
Detail oriented, organized, solutions-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work in a team environment where professionalism, integrity and dependability are required
Effective analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office programs
