Voulgaris Hospitality Group is looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our team in our Headquarters in Corfu. As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our hotels by effectively managing our talented workforce.

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and nurturing our most important asset, our people. You will oversee all aspects of human resources, from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and employee development.

Working closely with department managers and leaders, you will ensure that our workforce remains engaged, motivated, and equipped with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  2. Organize and support the HR department in our Headquarters and hotels by providing guidance and coordinating.
  3. Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, including knowledge of ATS platform management (Workable), participation in career days, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  4. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  5. Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
  6. Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  7. Handle employee relations matters with fairness and professionalism, resolving conflicts and complaints in a timely manner.
  8. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality industry.
  3. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  7. Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  8. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of employees.
