Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire embedded software lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test embedded software solutions for aerospace and defense applications.
- Utilize the latest tools and methodologies to optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability of software.
- Ensure software compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in embedded software to bring forward-thinking solutions to EO Solutions Corp.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in embedded software development, ideally within the aerospace and defense industry.
- Proven expertise in C, C++, and other embedded software languages.
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Strong understanding of embedded systems architectures and design constraints.
- Security Clearance Requirement: Candidates must possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance, as this position involves access to sensitive and classified information.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with AI and ML in the context of embedded systems.
- Knowledge in Directed Energy and Space Domain Awareness technologies.
- Previous experience in the aerospace and defense sector.
