Randstad US Senior Project Manager - Boston, Massachusetts
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Unified Billing Platform, a high-priority project with a deadline extending to 2026 based on commitments made to the Federal Reserve (FED). This position requires strong coordination between cross-functional teams and expertise in managing project timelines, addressing risks, and resolving issues. You will work closely with the Finance Business and Technology Leads to oversee the project's lifecycle from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Team Coordination:
Facilitate communication and collaboration across various teams, including PPA, Salespage Support, IM IT, FRPPE, and Finance.
Organize cross-functional meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are included.
Document and follow up on actions and decisions made during meetings.
Manage dependencies and interdependencies among teams to ensure smooth progress. - Project Planning and Execution:
Assist in the creation and maintenance of detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Track and monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and escalating them to appropriate stakeholders.
Ensure that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined scope. - Reporting and Documentation:
Produce and manage comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk and issue logs, and meeting minutes.
Create and maintain technology requirements, including end-to-end data flows from Golden Source to downstream systems.
Regularly update senior management and stakeholders through reports and presentations.
Ensure that operational support processes are established and maintained. - Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Facilitate conflict resolution within and between teams to maintain project momentum.
Manage documentation reviews and ensure sign-offs are completed by all relevant stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams and functions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Salary: $88.89 - $88.90 per hour

Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
