Adecco is currently recruiting for a CNC Programmer/Operator in the Akron/ Green, Ohio Area. These positions are for 1st shift is 7:00am – 3:30pm and 2nd shift is 4:00pm – 12:30am with ½ hour for lunch.Pays upto $24 an hour.Position RequirmentsBe able to determine the most efficient way to program and set up a part.Have a basic knowledge of the machine language or software system being used to create a CNC program.Have a basic understanding of the control and machine they are running or programming for.Know how to read and create a set up sheet and set the tooling for the part.Know how to transfer programs from storage/transport media into the machine.Know how to down load programs from the control to storage/transfer media.Know how to get a program from and store a program to the central storage server.Fill out inspection reports.Have a basic understanding of the language the control uses to program and be able to read a program and understand what the machine is going to do.Make determinations of cutting conditions and use the manual feed overrides to optimize them.Have the ability to communicate and get along with other employees, supervisors and upper management.Have an understanding of basic math, geometry and trigonometry.Know which measuring tool to use.Qualifications3 – 4 years CNC Programmer Machinists for the lathes and mills- REQUIREDPosition does require the submission of a resume and in-person interview.Pay Details: $16.00 to $24.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
