Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Product Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in Varicent configuration and testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Life and Annuities Insurance. This role involves configuring Varicent systems, conducting thorough testing, and ensuring seamless integration to support our business objectives. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our insurance solutions and enhancing operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of hands-on working experience with Varicent ICM as Developer or BA.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of testing.
- Documentation and presentation skills.
Functional BA-QA Role Responsibilities:
- Participate in the requirements discussion and finalize the acceptance criteria for the user stories.
- Author the Test Strategy Document.
- Develop a comprehensive test plan outlining the scope, objectives, resources, and schedule for testing activities.
- Design Test Cases.
- Write Detailed Test Cases.
- Obtain Test Data and Expected Results.
- Review and Approval.
- System Integration Testing.
- Configuration Validation.
- Import/Export file Validation.
- Negative Scenario Testing.
- Model Calculations Execution.
- Result Validation.
- Defect Logging.
- Bug Reporting and Tracking.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $66,000 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
