Availability: Full Time 

Our client in Chicago is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their sales and marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with customers to provide sales assistance and sales support
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Handle customer sales inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Maintain accurate and detailed sales records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
