This includes, but is not limited to processing orders, answering customer inquiries via phone, e-mails, and live chat, processing RA’s, processing change requests, coordinate international shipments with Logistics and Distribution, provide information for International Shipping related documents, maintaining the customer file and escalating customer/system issues appropriately.What we’ll get you doing:Create production orders for special batch requests, ensuring that customer requests are fulfilled.Process expedited requests and respond to escalated inquiries from Customer Service.Set up and management of Standing Order and Internal Customer Consignment.The essential requirements of the role include:High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)2+ years of experience with ERP systems2+ years of order processing experienceIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:PC skills in Microsoft Office and Database ManagementExperience processing or fulfilling international orders (commercial invoices, customs, etc.)Effective email and phone communication with customersThe hourly range for this role is $22.00-$25.00 USD.
