The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining and supporting customer business. This includes planning on-time delivery of existing orders, new orders, and updating orders. Orders are pulled from customer websites and received via email. Assure that all requirements are fulfilled as required in the Purchase Orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Inside Sales Associate will be the point of contact for select customers.
- Review the requirements of the customer on customer websites.
- Log customer requirements into the ERP system and through the company process.
- Effectively communicate requirements to manufacturing with daily follow-up.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Business or Science is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of Inside Sales experience with long-term contracts in a busy dynamic aerospace production environment.
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service and fostering teamwork.
- Computer experience with MS Office Software including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems.
- Successful attributes include:
- Good organizational and time management skills – ability to prioritize duties.
- Analytical abilities.
- Ability to proofread and self-audit work.
- Ability to take instruction and work independently and with others.
