Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Enterprise Success representative to join our team. In this role, working both individually and as part of the Sales and Operations Team, you will be responsible for fielding customer & provider inquiries and supporting the operations manager with various duties. This role will require you to maintain exceptional customer service and client relationships, and exude logistical mastery. The Enterprise Success personnel will gain extensive knowledge of the waste industry and be responsible for both daily operations and troubleshooting any potential issues from the front end. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong attention to detail.
This position is offered full time and is 100% onsite in Savannah, GA.
Responsibilities
Provides customers' information about products or services or obtains details of complaints.
Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.
Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to the service area.
Maintains close contact with customers to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service request.
Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation.
Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Support the Vendor Relations Director with various tasks as needed.
Pay providers as needed using internal payment system
Track customer calls and complaints in Salesforce
Filter providers for Quality Assurance

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: Previous experience in inside sales is preferred
