About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President and General Manager for our Blue Sky Regulatory Services (BSRS) business unit. This role has revenue and operational responsibility for the BSRS business unit. The role will lead our business, operational, product, and customer delivery teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, financial acumen, technical expertise, and an ability to solve problems effectively. An understanding of the blue-sky permit filing industry is preferred. This role requires managing a large team and representing BSRS to the industry. This position has the ability to be a hybrid role with regular Boston-based travel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee BSRS business, operational, product, and customer delivery teams.
- Lead a combined team of approximately 25 people with expectations to significantly increase the employee base.
- Drive and maintain the relationship with a large strategic partner.
- Experience as a LOB revenue owner.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies.
- Maintain stability and continuity in BSRS strategic direction.
- Expertise in the US regulatory filing/ Blue Sky industry.
- Skills to understand customer needs.
