Responsibilities

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Enter requisitions into purchasing system
• Create expense reports
• Work closely with budget owners to ensure invoices are submitted in a timely manner
• Work with IT Leaders to prepare a weekly summary of IT department accomplishments for a C-Suite audience
• Maintain seating charts for the Technology department
• Update organization charts for the Technology department

Required skills and qualifications

• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Superb time management skills and detail orientation
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information
