Litigation Associate

Description: Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the Raleigh office for an associate in the Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of general commercial litigation experience. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position at this time.

Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong research skills, writing skills, and academic record are required.
• Clerkship experience and/or trial experience is a plus.
• An interest in complex commercial, land use and/or employment litigation is preferred.
• Law firm experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic litigation team.
