You Are:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Solution Architect specializing in Oracle Cloud ERP Manufacturing modules, with a strong focus on BOM (Bill of Materials), WIP (Work in Progress), and related functionalities. This pivotal role will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions tailored to meet manufacturing industry requirements.

The Work:

Strategic Leadership:

1. Lead strategic initiatives as a subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud ERP Manufacturing, advising clients on best practices, solution architecture, and business process improvements.
2. Collaborate closely with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to align Oracle Cloud ERP solutions with business goals and objectives.
3. Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP Manufacturing solutions encompassing BOM, WIP, Cost Management, Quality Management, and related modules.
4. Develop comprehensive functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements.

Implementation and Deployment:

1. Oversee the implementation lifecycle from planning to deployment, ensuring successful execution of Oracle Cloud ERP Manufacturing solutions.
2. Provide hands-on leadership in configuring, customizing, and integrating Oracle Cloud ERP modules to optimize manufacturing operations and business processes.

Client Engagement:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional consulting services.
2. Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to educate clients on Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities and facilitate adoption.

Team Management:

1. Mentor and guide a team of consultants and technical experts, providing direction, support, and expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Manufacturing domain.
2. Stay abreast of industry trends, Oracle Cloud ERP updates, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solutions and deliver innovative approaches.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and consulting, with a focus on Oracle Cloud ERP Manufacturing modules (BOM, WIP).
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience architecting and implementing Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, specifically in Manufacturing domains.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with BOM, WIP, Cost Management, Quality Management, and related manufacturing processes.
4. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points If:

Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle SCM Cloud Architect, Oracle Financials Cloud Consultant).
