About our Agency: I have been with State Farm for over 25 years. I began my career working for a State Farm agent as an Account Representative. I got my first State Farm Agency in 2003 in Clovis, NM and spent 3 years there before going into corporate Agency Leadership. I spent a little over 7 years in Agency Leadership before deciding to go back to owning my own business and I opened my current agency in February of 2013. I am passionate about developing my team and I spend a great deal of time training and coaching each employee to succeed. We are a team of strong, confident professionals that have a passion for helping people, but we still have fun doing it! We are a fast paced, high energy, competitive office and we are looking for professionals that will help take us to the next level.
Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
