What We Need You to Do:

  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, goal setting, performance management, and annual planning.
  • Design and implement operation and aid in employee productivity, building a culture ensuring team members thrive and achieve goals.
  • Design and implement SOPs for recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management and retention of team members.
  • Make certain compliance with national and local business laws and regulations are handled appropriately.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process development or improvement.
  • Implement strategies that align with the short- and long-term company vision and objectives.
  • Report on and make suggestions on revenue and expenses to help ensure the company achieves both growth and profitability targets.
  • Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary.
  • Gather/prepare detailed KPI updates, reports and forecasts for the C-Suite.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, lenders and investors.
  • Be willing to take on new tasks with an attitude that no task is too small, impossible or cannot be improved.
  • Work autonomously while ensuring expectations are readily met and exceeded.
  • Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.

Required Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience in operational roles.
  • Experience with Online Education Platforms.
  • Technical experience in IT, computer softwares, and operational programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field required.
  • Understanding of budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital planning.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve.
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and financial forecasting and reporting.
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.

Compensation:

  • $80,000-$95,000 Base Salary plus bonuses based on performance (Eligible for bonuses after 90 days)
  • Eligible for other benefits after 90 day probation period

  • Atlanta, GA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
