This role will support project managers and project executives in the execution of a wide range of building and site development projects. Projects may range from small tenant renovations to ground up construction of new buildings. Ideal candidates will have some experience in at least one of the following areas: building design, construction, facilities management. This role includes maintaining project files, assisting with tracking of budgets, organizing meetings, and assisting with internal group events and communications. This role is primarily at our Boston office with some flexibility for at home work; occasional local travel may be required.

Location: On-site – Boston, MA

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel expected. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe, and MS Project are a plus.
