Job Summary:

The Sr. Professional Services Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in driving OpenGov's growth and success by strategically expanding our Professional Services partner ecosystem. This individual will architect and execute innovative strategies to accelerate market penetration and revenue generation through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Program Leadership: Design, implement, and manage OpenGov's Professional Services partner program to drive revenue growth, enhance partner capabilities, and foster strong partner-delivered solutions and services.
  2. Strategic Partnerships: Develop, implement, and manage strategic professional services partnerships to drive business growth, optimize resource utilization, and achieve organizational objectives.
  3. Partner Enablement: Own and execute awareness and enablement initiatives to retain top-tier performing partners, ensuring the continued growth and success of the partner ecosystem.
  4. Program Governance: Define and manage program governance frameworks, develop solutions to drive partner ecosystem growth, and enhance partner productivity.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between OpenGov Professional Services and partners, effectively communicating product launches, program updates, and strategic initiatives.
  6. Operational Excellence: Identify operational challenges, develop solutions to streamline processes, and optimize the partner experience.
  7. Performance Measurement: Establish and report on critical partner program KPIs to measure growth, manage investments, and ensure alignment with company priorities.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align goals, share best practices, and drive synergistic initiatives.
  9. Work with OpenGov’s senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and design new initiatives for the partner program to obtain maximum revenue value.
  10. Develop, execute, and manage all partner pricing, incentives, and promotional offerings that align with professional services goals and are internally partnered with the GTM Director of Partnerships.

Requirements and Preferred Experience:

  1. 10+ years of experience in partner management and channel development within the SaaS industry, with a strong focus on professional services.
  2. Proven track record of building and scaling successful partner programs that deliver significant revenue and market impact for professional services.
  3. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  6. Experience in the government/public sector technology industry is preferred.
  7. A process-oriented approach to problem-solving and ensuring future scalability.
  8. Bachelor's or MBA preferred.
  9. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

$120,000 - $190,000 a year

On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance.

The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
